Holy Family Parish gathers to say Farewell to Fr. Stan.
After almost 7 years with us, Fr Stan moves to High Wycombe to become Parish Priest of the parish of St Wulstan and Our Lady of Grace. On your behalf I thank Fr. Stan for all that he has brought to our parish—his faith, his courtesy, his hard work, his pleasant nature, his smile, his love of his native Poland and many other gifts.
We wish him well and assure him that there will always be a warm welcome for him here at Holy Family.....Fr. Kevin

Frs. Kevin, Emilio and Peter assisted at the evening Mass.

On behalf of the parish, Fr. Kevin wished Fr. Stan all the best in his new position and presented him with a gift from the parish.

Several of the ladies then served glasses of wine and soft drinks to all the congregation and Fr. Kevin invited everyone to raise their glasses in a toast to Fr. Stan.

In September, 2005, while visiting Holy Family Parish, Bishop Peter made a presentation to Father Stan in recognition of him achieving 30 years in the priesthood.

On leaving Holy Family Fr. Stan would like to say a warm thank you to everyone.

Thanks the priests of the parish with whom he worked, Canons Bosco & Kevin, also Fr Emilio.
To Kieran, Roni, Mick and all the Altar Servers, to the Religious Sisters at St Bernard’s and to the Daughters of St Paul and to all our schools.
Thanks also to the Parish Club and all parish groups, who over the almost 7 years Fr Stan spent here, have given much kindness, assistance and many gifts.

Fr Stan thanks everyone for their support and prayers, apologises for any inconvenience and misunderstanding because of his language and culture and promises to keep us all in his prayers.
